Are you tired of trying to manage your pain alone? Need help calming your nervous system? Struggling to reduce stress, pain and trauma? This private coaching package is exactly what you need. This 12-week coaching program consists of weekly 1-1 calls where you will identify your pain triggers, learn stress management techniques, nervous system regulation practices and mindset strategies. Each weekly call is 45 minutes and you’ll be given weekly actionable steps to implement.

The Momentum Stater is a DIY course that helps you identify triggers, reduce inflammation, manage stress and set boundaries. Do each module at your own pace. Videos, resources and actionable tasks are included in each lesson to help you solidify and implement what you learn.

Online Pain Course
REIKI TREATMENT
Do you need to release blocked energy? Do you feel like you “doing the work” but don’t get the results you want? Your energy may be blocked which is keeping emotions stuck in your body. During your Reiki session, we’ll start clearing any energy blocks you may as calming music plays to aid in relaxation. You may experience deep relaxation, reduce muscle tension and decreased pain. This 45-minute session will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed as you return to your day. Sessions can be done in-person or virtually. Once you have secured payment, I will reach out to schedule your session.

ORACLE CARD READINGS
Are you looking for guidance? Wondering if you’re on the right path? Or wanting to gain insight into a specific situation? During this 45-minute reading, you’ll get messages from the cards which will leave you feeling empowered, focused and aligned. Once you pay for this service, I’ll reach out to schedule your experience. These sessions can be done virtually, in-person or via email.

Need to add more movement to you life, but aren’t sure what to do and how to do it safely? Movement sessions are exactly what you need. These sessions are geared towards making you strong, healthy and mobile. During each private session, we’ll work on mobility, balance and strength movements which will help you learn about moving your body in ways that it enjoys. Each session is 30 minutes with a variety of purchase options. Before we start our sessions together, we’ll jump on a quick call to discuss your goals, any injuries or diagnoses that you have and which option is the best fit. Movement sessions can include QiGong, Foam Rolling, Pelvic Floor Exercises, Barefoot Training, Weight-Training and Mobility Exercises. During your first session, we’ll do a complete assessment to help me tailor your sessions to your body. After our call, you’ll receive a link to finalize your payment.

QIGONG CLASSES
Learning to move mindfully and quiet your mind will help you reduce stress, improve relaxation, increase energy and improve your sleep. Each QiGong Class is designed with these goals in mind. QiGong is a gentle movement that focuses on moving the body mindfully while connecting with the breath and energy flowing through the body. Classes are in-person on Monday evenings from 6-7 pm EST at my studio in Kitchener, Ontario. No experience is required and QiGong is suitable for everyone. Classes run in 6-week blocks.
